We have a vision to see every life bearing fruit for Jesus and want to see this happen through trusting Jesus, transforming lives and growing the church.
Our Sunday services, our community and all our events during the week have this vision in mind.

Vision
Our Vision is to see
We long to see this happen through Trusting Jesus, Transforming Lives and Growing the Church.
Values
Although we don’t model these perfectly, we look to embody our values in all we do as a church:

At HTC there’s no need to come to church wearing a mask and pretend that life is totally sorted. We pray every person feels they can be themselves here.

We believe the Bible is the Word of God and we look to understand it, obey it and live it out in our lives.

Our church is marked by godly risk-taking. We don’t want to sit comfortably doing the same thing year after year.

We’re dependent on Jesus for everything. We recognise we can’t do things in our own strength. It’s why the monthly Prayer Meeting is the most important church meeting outside of Sunday.

We want everyone to be involved in the mission of the church, feeling empowered to use their Spirit-empowered gifts for the building up of the church and for the glory of God.

We don’t take ourselves too seriously. We want to be a place full of laughter and joy.

God has been generous to us, supremely in giving us Jesus, and so we want to follow that example and be generous to others.

Home is where you are loved, you can be real and the base from which you go out to make a difference in the world. We want HTC to be that kind of home for many.
